Here's a little bit about us:
Culture for Change Foundation began with a simple but urgent need: a mission to provide education and training for women and youth to promote cultural, social, and financial independence, and an inclusive safe space that inspires confidence and joy.

We create a place where women and youth; especially those navigating cultural, financial, and social barriers feel seen and supported to thrive. Founded in 2019 in Twin Falls, what started as a grassroots effort quickly grew into a trusted community space, expanding into Boise as more families sought connection, opportunity, and belonging.

At our core, we believe that healing and growth don’t always happen in traditional settings. Instead, they happen in rooms filled with creativity, laughter, and shared experience. Through programs like sewing, cooking, dance classes, financial literacy, wellness rooms, English classes, homework help, a reading hub, makers space, art, theatre, mentorship, youth leadership and after school programs and emerging opportunities like violin lessons, we provide pathways for self-expression, confidence-building, and resilience. Every class, every workshop, and every interaction is designed to reduce isolation and uplift voices that are too often unheard.

Today, we serve hundreds of families each year through free and donation-based programs, meeting people where they are with culturally responsive care and community-driven support. What makes our work powerful is not just what we offer BUT HOW WE OFFER IT: with intention, care and thought.

Culture for Change Foundation is more than some program or organization, it’s a movement rooted in community, led by those we serve, and driven by the belief that when women and youth are equipped with the tools to succeed, they don’t just change their own lives they transform entire communities.
