10th Annual Art & Soul of the Magic Valley

The Magic Valley Arts Council is thrilled to present the 10th Annual Art & Soul of the Magic Valley from June 26 - July 11, 2020. Art & Soul is the Northwest’s largest public-voting art contest and takes place in more than 85 businesses and public spaces in Twin Falls. Start at the Magic Valley Arts Council, 195 River Vista Place, or anywhere you see a yellow flag with a red heart.

Sponsored by Pioneer Federal Credit Union, Premier Autogroup, Colliers International, Idaho Central Credit Union, more than 250 artists will be featured in Art & Soul of the Magic Valley an arts awareness event under the guise of a contest. Take your soles to Art & Soul and then vote for your favorites!

Over $43,000 in prize money is up for grabs and 40 artists-winners will be chosen by public vote. Anyone age 16 years and older may register to vote with a valid ID. A $12,000 Grand Prize will be awarded. 

Artist enter one of 17 categories: Acrylic, Ceramic, Digital, Drawing, Fiber, Glass, Mixed Media, Oil, Photography, Printmaking, Quilt, Sculpture-3 feet and Under, Sculpture-Over 3 feet, Uncategorized, Wearable, Watermedia and Woodwork.

Sponsored by Pioneer Federal Credit Union and the Magic Valley Mall, students in grades K-12 will have a chance to win a total of $1,000 in prize money. Divisions for students are Elementary K-2, Elementary 3-5, Middle School and High School. In each division four places will receive money: 1st Place - $100, 2nd Place-$75, 3rd Place -$50 and 4th Place-$25.
