About Us
Food Dude is a smoked barbecue restaurant built from the ground up — starting in a food truck and now serving fresh, in-house barbecue and baked goods in our new restaurant space. Everything we make is crafted with care, and sometimes we sell out because it’s truly low-and-slow.
