DESCRIPTION:Sound + Space is a monthly community gathering designed to support rest\, reflection\, and embodied awareness through sound and somatic practices. This six-month series offers a welcoming space to slow down\, reconnect with yourself\, and experience the grounding and calming effects of sound in a shared community setting.\n\n\n\nEach session is guided by Camille Flournoy of Syringa + Pine Creative\, a creative embodiment coach\, educator\, and sound practitioner with over a decade of experience in education and community-based spaces. Camille's work blends sound\, mindfulness\, embodiment\, and reflective practices in an accessible\, trauma-informed\, and non-performative way that welcomes participants exactly as they are.\n\n\n\nSessions include guided sound journeys using crystal singing bowls\, gentle movement or breathwork\, and time for reflection and integration. Each month explores a different theme centered around "space\," allowing participants to build awareness\, resilience\, and connection over time.\n\n\n\nMonthly Themes Include:\n\nMarch   Clearing Space: Releasing tension and transitioning out of winter\n\nApril   Creative Space: Exploring sound as inspiration and creative flow\n\nMay   Relational Space: Connection\, boundaries\, and shared presence\n\nJune   Expansive Space: Embodiment\, energy\, and seasonal growth\n\nJuly   Integration Space: Reflecting on shifts and carrying practices forward\n\n\n\nThis program is open to adults of all backgrounds and experience levels. It is especially supportive for educators\, caregivers\, creatives\, and community members seeking rest\, reflection\, and grounding.
